The 5th annual Neuse River Bridge Run takes place this coming Saturday, October 18th in New Bern. The 10K course goes across the Neuse River Bridge, while the 5K course runs throughout downtown New Bern next to the water.

Early registration and packet pickup is Friday, October 17th from noon-7pm at First Baptist Family Life Center at Pollock and Hancock Streets in downtown New Bern. Folks can register there and pick up their packets. Race day registration is also available beginning at 6:30am on Saturday morning at Union Point Park.

Both courses are USATF certified. Registration and more information is available online at www.newbernrun.com.

This is a community sponsored event and all proceeds will go back into the community providing local assistance where needed. Specific charities supported as well as sponsor information is available at www.newbernrun.com.
