We have been hearing for some time about changes that would include the discontinued use of "Trash Stickers" and the implementation of a monthly fee.

According to the "City Hall", a new program brochure will be mailed out the week of 8 June, 2009 providing more information.

The "Trash Stickers" will be utilized until June 30, 2009. New refuse receptacles will be delivered the end of June 2009. July 1, 2009 will commence the new curb side service as well as an $11.00 monthly fee to be paid with the water bill.
